World Championship Cycling 2025 – Rwanda
SafetyCom will expand its international presence once again at the UCI Road World Championships in Rwanda 2025. Over the course of a full week of racing, we will provide seamless radio communication and dispatching for the UCI, race organization, Radio Tour, security services, and emergency responders.
Extrema Outdoor 2025
– Houthalen-Helchteren
SafetyCom managed the complete radio communication and dispatching. From the central command post, the team ensured smooth and safe coordination across the entire festival site. By switching quickly and efficiently in every situation, they maximized organizational support — from the very first visitor to the last beat.
European Running Championships
– Brussels & Leuven
SafetyCom provided full radio communication for 28,000 runners and 160,000 spectators. Working from the command post together with local authorities and partners, they ensured a safe, fast, and seamless sporting event.
African Road Cycling Championships – Kenya
SafetyCom operated internationally by delivering seamless radio communication for the UCI, race organizers, support services, and Radio Tour during this 5-day cycling event. Their systems provided uninterrupted coverage across the entire route from Eldoret city to remote roads.
Schlagerfestival
– Hasselt, BE
SafetyCom coordinated the complete radio communication during this 3-day music festival, ensuring reliable coverage across the entire site. From artist logistics to crowd management and emergency support, all communication was centrally managed from the command post.
Genk On Stage
– 2023 & 2025 editions
With more than 100,000 visitors, SafetyCom handled event communication for this major city festival. Our radios ensured clear coordination across program stages, technical services, IT, safety, and volunteers, creating a seamless experience for both organizers and the public.
